How it works

Once you have made contact with The Blue Gnu, we will arrange a convenient time for an initial one-to-one consultation to discuss your requirements. This can be done either in person or over the phone.

You will be allocated a consultant to work with; we pride ourselves on providing a reliable, confidential and personalised service, so whenever you call or email, you will speak to the same consultant; they will get to know your requirements, you benefit from a continuous and personal service and soon you will wonder how you even managed without The Blue Gnu in your life!

After an initial consultation, you will need to read and sign a copy of the terms and conditions.

You can email or phone your consultant with your to do list or requirements. 

Your consultant will estimate how much time is needed to carry out your tasks; work will start immediately and you can start enjoying all that extra free time you’ve gained.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

For any goods you ask The Blue Gnu to purchase a proportional deposit will be payable in advance.
